Why is reading so important? Well, if you are on this site then I am preaching to choir. Reading is as basic as it gets. We read every day, maybe not books per se, but we still read. Reading emails or discussion memos for work may be super fun, but it is definitely not relaxing. Books are a wonderful escape from our lives and even if you are the happiest person on this earth, sometimes escapism is nice. The reason I really created this blog was to inspire people to read more. Not everyone loves reading as much as I do and may have trouble selecting books that are simulating or have even just plain good writing. I want to create a site where people can go to decide what book they should read next. I hope this site does exactly that…
